OJAS Buttermilk Shake

- 1 glass of A2 buttermilk
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon of Soy Milk

- 2 to 3 gms of Pumpkin seeds, Saffron and Almonds

Step 1: Take one glass of A2 buttermilk.

Step 3: Stir the mixture completely and add two to three ice cubes.

Step 4: Add black sugar and stir it continuously until the black sugar is dissolved.
