What you will need:

  1. ORRINA's Moringa Ghee
  2. ½ tsp jeera
  3. 1 tsp crushed garlic
  4. 1 tsp black pepper
  5. Coriander Leaves
  6. Rock Salt (as required)
  7. 2 tumbler water

Now, let's get to the preparation!

  1. Heat up ORRINA Moringa Ghee on a pan 
  2. Sautee jeera until it crackles, then add crushed garlic, black pepper and rock salt as required.
  3. Add tomato when the mix turns golden and continue till the tomatoes turn mushy 
  4. Add 2 glasses of water and let it simmer for 5 mins
  5. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves
