Our best kept Panchagavya breakfast recipe is an energizing feed that can boost your stamina throughout the day. Gone are the days where you feel fatigued and cumbersome! 

Here's what you'll need to prepare our A2 Dairy breakfast:

  1. ORRINA Hand Churned Vedic Ghee - 3 Spoons
  2. ORRINA Haraday Metabolism Booster - 2 pinch 
  3. Sago Pearls - 1 Glass
  4. A2 Curd - 300 ml
  5. Green chilly - 2 Nos. 
  6. Ginger - ½ inch 
  7. Curry leaves - 6 to 7 Nos.
  8. Coriander leaves - 2 strands 
  9. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  10. Urad Dal - 1 tsp
  11. Himalayan Rock Salt - As required

ORRINA Hand Churned Vedic Ghee is pure and abundant in antioxidants. It nourishes the body and aids in digestion. Now let's get to the preparation!

Soak 1 glass of rinsed Sago pearls in twice the amount of water for an hour. Bring it to boil for 10 minutes, keep checking its consistency to know if it's thoroughly cooked. Mix A2 curd to the pearls and add 2 Spoons of ORRINA Hand churned Vedic ghee. 

The Seasoning!

Saute Mustard Seeds with a spoon of Vedic ghee until you hear it pop and add urad dal. Stir it to an appetizing golden brown colour!

Now you can add 2 chopped green chillies, a small piece of smashed ginger, and curry leaves.

Sprinkle the seasoning to the Sago Pearl mix along with some rock salt for taste. The final step is to garnish the dish with coriander leaves, and 2 pinches of ORRINA Haraday Metabolism booster.
