Brahmi Ghee Chutney

We're giving a healthy, exciting twist to the Indian tiffin side, the most savoured, chutney! No Indian breakfast or dinner is complete without the inclusion of chutney, it is a true companion often grinded with aromatic spices and refreshing ingredients that linger in the memory. 

If you're feeling your usual breakfast has lost its appeal or doesn't excite your taste buds like it used to, then this recipe is a must-try! This yummy nutrient-rich treat also has numerous health benefits to the body

What you will need:

> ORRINA's Brahmi Ghee

> 1 tablespoon of urad dhal

> 2-3 dry red chillies

> 4 cloves and garlic

> Dry ginger

> Hand full of mint leaves

Now, let's get to the preparation!

-Saute' urad dhal with ample amounts of ORRINA's Brahmi Ghee on a pan

-Split 2-3 dry red chillies and allow it to pop in the pan

-Add cloves, garlic and a small piece of ginger with a hand full of mint leaves 

 (You can add a lemon sized tamarind to the mix and let it cool)

-Grind the mixture into a fine paste by adding water.  

-Now, on the same pan add mustard seeds and allow it to pop with spoonfuls of Brahmi Ghee  

-Add the grinded paste, keeping it on low flame for 30 secs

Amazing finger-licking mint Brahmi dip is ready to be relished as a side for dosa or Roti
