What you will need :

- ½ cup almonds, Soaked Overnight
- 1/3 cup A2 milk
- 4 tbsp black sugar
- 4 tbsp ORRINA’s Ayurvedic Shatavari Ghee
- ¼ tbsp cardamom powder
- 2 gms of Saffron 

Now, Let's get to the '' How to Prepare''

Step 1: Soak the almonds in one cup of boiled water for a few mins and remove the skin of the almonds.

Step 2: Puree the almonds with 4 tbsp of A2 milk to create a smooth paste. Blend it well.

Step 3: Heat ORRINA’s Ayurvedic Shatavari Ghee in a kadai and add the almond puree. Cook over a low flame while stirring continuously till the mixture turns golden brown.

Step 4:  Combine the remaining A2 milk and 4 tbsps of water and bring the paste to boil. Add this to the almond mixture and cook for 2 to 3 mins

Step 5: Add black sugar, cardamom powder and cook till the black sugar has dissolved while stirring continuously.

Step 6: Serve hot and garnish with Saffron.
